Pick Up Requirements

• A valid government-issued photo ID is required for all drivers at the time of pickup.

• A physical copy of the delivery order is need at time of pick up. Documents must be complete, accurate, and match the authorized pickup party. Unauthorized parties will be denied cargo release.

• All applicable charges must be paid in full prior to pick up. No exceptions.

• Our warehouse operates on a first-come, first-served basis; wait times may vary depending on volume.

• Drivers must arrive within operating hours and before daily cutoff times. Late arrivals will be refused.

• Drivers are responsible for arriving with equipment suitable for the cargo. Improper equipment may result in refusal of loading.

• All cargo must be inspected at the time of pickup. Any discrepancies or visible damage must be noted prior to departure.

Failure to meet any of the above requirements may result in delays, additional charges, or refusal of cargo release.
